In-Class

Worshops

 

 

In-class workshops are an introduction to the BMK material

presented in the teacher's course. They demontrate the range

and subject matter that is addressed in the course.

The first half of the presentation focuses on body awareness,

posture, basic anatomy review and breathing.

The second half of the presentation focuses on correct core engagement and introduces simple stability exercises.

BMK provides light equipment and web-based multi-media.

Option #1: Full day: 6 classes, 30-45 minutes

  •   Introduction to Anatomy for Life

  •   Breathing and Core Conditioning

  •   Body Mechanics Basic Training

 

                Option #2 Full BMK Activity Day 1 class (special event) will include :

  •   Introduction to Tai Chi warm up

  •   Breathing and Core Conditioning,

  •   Body Mechanics Basic Training introduction 

  •   Ultimate Frisbee

               

                 Option #3: Half Day 3 classes, 30-45 minutes

  •   Introduction to Anatomy for Life

  •   Breathing and Core Conditioning

  •   Body Mechanics Basic Training

               

                  Option #4: Single class, 30-45 minutes

  •   Introduction to Anatomy for Life

  •   Breathing and Core Conditioning

  •   Body Mechanics Basic Training

These presentations can jump-start you into the course material and your classes into a solid stability, alignment and core strengthening regime for the year.
