Learning Outcomes

 

 

 

After studying these courses and material, and participating in classes of practical exercises you will:

 

  • be familiar with and able to demostrate the principles of optimum physical alignment in neutral and active positions.

  • be familiar with and able to demonstrate principles of internal and external stability in the human frame both static and active. 

  • be able to teach your students how their knowledge of basic anatomy relates to healthy functional movement, as well as sports related activities.

  • have the skills to teach your students how strengthening their bodies as they maintain optimal alignment during their activities enhances the activity and protects their bodies.

  • have a repertoire of warm up and stability exercises that can be used to compliment your current programming

  • create awareness of how lifestyle choices will affect the long-term health of the body.
